Article 11: Exchange and refunds
Goods supplied by GAMES4U are new and guaranteed against defects. You have 14 working days from the date of receipt to return the product. If it does not meet your expectations, you will be liable for the cost of return postage.
After-sales Service
For a period of 14 days following date of purchase, GANES4U guarantees that the medium on which the software is distributed is free from manufacturing defects. In the case of defective software, GAMES4U will repair or replace the software, only if it is returned to GAMES4U within the 14-day period (a receipt must be enclosed as proof of purchase). These are the only options available for any failure of the guarantee. GAMES4U takes no responsibility for any other guarantee, either implicit or explicit, in relation to the software and the documentation accompanying it, especially, but not exclusively, any implicit guarantee relating to marketing the software and using it for particular purposes.

Refunds will be made by cheque within a period less than or equal to four weeks following receipt of the returned package. All replacements will be made on a like for like basis.
